My husband and I surprised a contract for a house that we like. During the investigation it was found that black mold in the attic. The owner agreed to remedy this situation, but I still worry. Is sanitation and the installation of soffit vents and bathroom ventilation to address the issue indefinitely?

Furthermore, it is in the newspaper that encapsulate the company form. I read that this is not really a good way.
