I have been getting red patches of skin... lupus? - flaky skin lupus

Recently, I have a question about Lupus. I know you can get skin rashes. But I always have red patches on the skin that is dry and a piece of them. but there were no injuries to the skin. I do not have my results from my blood test arthritis. I think when you return to your doctor about whether I can get blood tests, that the symptoms of lupus. (I know, there is no specific test for lupus), but still the red spots with crispy skin (flaky, peeling of the skin) occurs with lupus?
